As first time snake owners the experience was smooth and informative, with no question too trivial for them. They guided us through our set up and requirements, directing us towards local suppliers who could help us get what we wanted/needed. They’ve been great after we brought her home too and have been on hand with advice or to answer any questions.

It’s clear how much they care for all of the rescue animals and how passionate they are on educating people and rehoming responsibly. We felt much happier rehoming a rescue desperately in need of a home rather than purchasing from a generic pet store.
