In May 2026, we proudly launched our first ever conservation programme — Wild Futures.
This initiative brings together four key strands of conservation work:

Public Education & Awareness
Empowering communities with accurate, accessible knowledge about exotic animals and the challenges they face.
Supporting In‑Situ Conservation Projects
Providing resources and collaboration to protect species within their natural habitats.
Research & Data Contribution
Collecting and sharing meaningful data to support evidence‑based conservation.
Training in Conservation Skills
Equipping our volunteers with practical, ethical, and hands‑on skills.

The Amphibian and Reptile Conservation Trust (ARC)

Protecting the UK’s Wild Scales & Slimy Superstars

The Amphibian & Reptile Conservation Trust is one of the UK’s leading voices for native herpetofauna — the frogs, toads, newts, lizards and snakes that quietly keep our ecosystems running. ARC manages over 2,000 hectares of protected habitat, leads national monitoring programmes, and runs pioneering recovery projects for threatened species like the sand lizard, natterjack toad, and northern pool frog.

They’re science‑driven, boots‑on‑the‑ground, and fiercely dedicated to making sure our native reptiles and amphibians don’t just survive — they thrive.
